Payment & Shipping
Once your order is received, an invoice will be generated and emailed to you with our full banking details.
Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
We accept EFT payments and please email us the proof of payment.
We have an 8-10 Business Day lead time on orders placed for candle making supplies.
Kindly note that once production has commenced, the order cannot be changed.
When we receive your order, we will pack it and e-mail you an invoice, including the shipping charge.
Once the invoiced amount is paid we’ll dispatch your order and send the tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number (waybill) then email firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide them with your invoice number and they will send you the tracking number.
Orders will be shipped within 2 days of full payment received. In order to keep shipping as low as possible (and to guarantee that you will actually receive your package), we use The Courier Guy.
The delivery fee is calculated on checkout.
A fixed-rate of R80 for delivery will be charged per order under the final amount of R450.
Any orders over R450 will receive free delivery.
Additional fees may apply to the following:
Special locations (mines, plots/farms, power stations, remote areas, military bases, game lodges, ports/harbors, embassies, etc) and this will be indicated in the quote before payment.
